星馬豪の三代目マグナム「サイクロンマグナム(プレミアム)」をメタリックブルーで塗装して仕上げてみました。
ホイール・ローラー・ロックナットもメタリックブルーで揃え、統一感を出しています。
FRPステーが黒一色で味気なかったので、ブルーのマルチテープを巻いてみましたが、ちょっと微妙ですね(笑)
FRPステーの塗装はやったことがないので、これを機会に挑戦してみようかなと思っています。
製作途中
メタリックカラーを活かすために、黒のサーフェイサーで下地塗装を行いました。黒を下地に塗装することで、重厚感のあるメタリックに仕上がります。
ステッカーは付属のものと、ガンプラの水転写デカールを使用しました。部分的に貼ると引き締まった雰囲気が出ます。
メインが青だったので赤のデカールを選びましたが、あまり目立ちませんね。目立たせる必要はないですが、見えなさ過ぎると良くないですね。

前後に1セットずつ。デザインのためとはいえ、走らせないマシンにこのローラーを使うのはお財布的にツライ…(笑)
できれば25周年記念のシルバーカーボンを使いたいところですが、今は価格が高騰しています…
フロント用ですがリアに使用。
限定品のホイールとタイヤを使用。メルカリで安価で手に入りました。白タイヤは若干浮いていますが、黒タイヤにすると味気ない感じになります。
白でもない、黒でもない、別の色ですかね…
5個入りですが6個必要だったので2セット購入。これも贅沢パーツですね。
塗装
下地に使った黒サフ。メタリックカラーで塗装するときは、黒サフを使うと重厚感が出る（とガンプラが得意な友人に聞いて実践）
メインに使ったメタリックブルー。
仕上げは光沢で。デカールの保護も必要なのでクリアーは必須です。
その他

ここは今後の改善ポイントです。
ガンプラ用の水転写デカール。このデカールを使うとミニ四駆っぽさを無くすことができます。
